In Honor of our good friend Rick Milam

This year we are dedicating our Run for Awareness to Mr. Rick Milam, a friend to us all. Rick was an official for USATF and Cross Country. He loved the sport and gave his time unconditionally. Rick was diagnoised with Colon Cancer refused to let it stop him. He worked through it with his big heart and charm. We miss you Rick!
