$30 until Dec 31 or until 1100 entrants are reached, whichever comes first

Brief Description

Three race series. Each race is a 5K.

Online Registration Closes

December 31 or when maximum number of registrations (1,100) has been reached, whichever comes first.

MAXIMUM 1,100 ENTRIES

A maximum of 1,100 full series participants will be accepted. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! This includes all methods of registration. Register early to ensure your spot.

Packet Pick-Up

All pre-registered runners must pick up their race packets at the Long Island State Park Headquarters by January 12!
Belmont Ave. Exit 37N off the Southern State Parkway. - Babylon, NY
Thursday, Jan. 10 & Friday, Jan. 11 - 9 am to 7 pm
Saturday, Jan. 12th- 10 am to 1 pm

Medals to the first 3 males and females in the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24,25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59,60-64,65-69,70-74,75-79, 80+

Please check FLRRT.com for the latest infomation on race cancellations. Final decisions will be made by 8 am race (or earlier).

NOT PERMITTED IN RACE

For the safety of all participants, absolutely no baby joggers, strollers, rollerblades, skates, bikes or pets are permitted on the race courses.

No refunds

No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellations due to inclement weather.

Additional Information

All races begin promptly at 11 am. Please arrive early to avoid traffic from late coming runners. Some park roads will be closed prior to 10am for preparation of race course. Late arrivals may have difficulty in reaching the starting line in time for the start of the race.

Number/Shirt Pickup: In order to save time on race day, pre-registration pick-up will ONLY take place at the State Park Headquarters. Therefore, you MUST pick up your shirt and numbers prior to the 1st race.
