To thank all our participants, you will be entered into a raffle for thank you gifts when you check-in on Saturday.

EVENT DESCRIPTION: Inaugural Peace4Kids 4K Walk, Supports Project Homebound
Join 17-year old George White and his P4K family in fulfilling the dream to eliminate homeless amongst emancipated foster teens by raising funds and awareness.
On Saturday, March 27th, 2010, he will cross his finish line at the Long Beach Shoreline Park / Nautilus Show Tent to launch the Inaugural Peace4Kids 4K Walk!
Event Highlights:
- Assembly Speaker Karen Bass will be receiving the 'Peace in Service Award' for her
remarkable service to the foster care community
- All walkers receive a custom race hat and bag
- Awards will be presented to the top fundraisers
- All registered walkers are eligible for Raffle Prizes (winners must be present)
- P4K Resource Fair with fun activities for children
- Entertainment includes performances by P4K youth, see transformation in action
