From Auburn area: Take Hwy 193 South towards Lincoln. Ride To Walk is located about 1.5 miles passed Sierra College Blvd. Park at Heritage Church, located just passed RTW. From the Sacramento area: Take Hwy 65 West to Roseville/ Lincoln. Stay on Hwy 65 until you get into Lincoln, CA. Turn Right on McBean Park Dr. for about a 1 1/2 miles. Look for the signs for Ally's Run & Ride To Walk Parking (which will be at Hertitage Church just before Ride To Walk).

Donations

Ride To Walk is highly encouraging people to get donations for the event. This is a charity event and we want to provide the children of Ride To Walk the opportunities to continue in the program and your donations are key. Bring your donations to race day or click on the Active Giving link below. Any amount helps. Prizes are given to the top 3 donators.

Additional Information

The race will have both a 5K and 10K run. Both races begin at 8am sharp. Pre-race packet pick up available at Ride To Walk from 5-7pm on Friday, June 10. Race day registration and pick up is open from 6:30 to 7:30am. The run takes place on several types of terrain, but mostly trails around the Ride To Walk facility. This race is a charity event to benefit the Ally Memorial Scholarship Fund. Due to limited venue space, the race is limited to 500 participants. Join us at Ride to Walk in celebrating the 2nd annual Ally's Run. The proceeds from the event will benefit the Ally Memorial Scholarship Fund to raise money for children that cannot afford therapy at RTW. The scholarship fund is in memory Allison Ellis who was a 4-year-old rider at RTW. Ally passed away on December 7, 2009. Participants will receive a goody bag, male or female-specific tech dry-fit shirt, finisher's metal Eco-Sports bottle for the 1st 350 finishers, and plenty of post-race food. Awards will be given out 3 deep for each age division: 5K (10-under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, etc) and 10K (19-under, 20-29, etc). Awards given to the top 3 participants who bring in the most money in donations. Awards for the top 3 in the stroller division in both races.
