12 & Under future youth starts are invited to take part in this event... $5.00 entry fee...no shirts...all racers receive a medal We will conduct four fun races; boys and girls together; medals to all finishers 1...5 & U...50 yard dash 2...6-8...100 yard dash 3...9-10...100 yard dash 4...11-12...200 yard dash GOOD LUCK & HAVE FUN

WALKERS

Walkers are encouraged to compete in the 5k distance and not the 1/2 marathon distance. The 1/2 marathon distance requires several volunteers and police on the course that need to move to different locations along the course for safety coverage. We ask that you compete in the 1/2 marathon if you can maintain 12 - 14 minutes per mile along the route. This is for safety of the runners so that all the intersections are covered.
