10k= $20 & $25 race-day; 5k= $15 & $20 race day; Kid's Strider Bar Dash= $5 (no shirt)

Brief Description

The 10k course travels on a Lewes country road, beautiful housing development, and finally through Historic Lewes and back to Cape High School.

Kid's "Strider Bar" Dashes

Depending on the number of kid's we will break up the age groups with an appropriate distance for the dashes... example...5 & U may dash a 100 meters, while 10-12 may complete 200 meters. As we found in the past it is too difficult to order a full range of kid's shirts not knowing who will show. We will present a Strider Bar and a medal to all kid's finishers.

The Cause & The Benefit

This event will benefit Mike DeStasio of Lewes who is living with ALS. Mike is a dedicated father and husband who is involved with sports in our community.
