Brief Description

The Maco Light Legend 5K/Fun Run to benefit Charter Day School's Fitness and Fine Arts program is sponsored by The Roger Bacon Academy, Coastal Habitat Conservancy, Maco Depot C-Store and is for adults, children, family runners and walkers. This cross country/haunted trail race runs on the old train line known to have the legendary Joe Baldwin ghostly light! The first 200 pre-registered individuals will receive a free t-shirt.

Additional Information

Cross-country course on trails with the possibility of low visibility. Runners/walkers will be able to scout course before race. Tag timing system sponsored by Coastal Habitat Conservancy and provided by Brunswick Timing. Join us for a party after the race with refreshments, entertainment, awards, kids games, etc. 100% of race proceeds will be donated to the Fitness and Fine Arts program at Charter Day School.
