Brief Description

Runners and Walkers of all ages are invited and walkers can be accompanied by dogs. The race will start and finish inside Williamson County Park; this is a certified (TX10036ETM) two loop traffic free course with one water stop. Spectators are welcome and there is plenty of seating inside the stadium. Children’s Fun Run inside the stadium.

Race Day Registration

Williamson County Park, 6.30am - 7.30am. Cash or checks (payable to Georgetown Running Club) only.

Packet Pick Up

RunTex Georgetown, Saturday, October 2, 10.00 am - 5.00 pm, and on Race day from 6.30 am - 7.30 am at Williamson County Park.

Awards

Medals to all Fun Run participants. Male and Female: Overall Open, Overall Masters. 1st, 2nd 3rd 19 and under, 20 and upwards in 5 year age groups. No duplications of awards. $50 Runtex vouchers for overall Male and Female and Overall Male and Female Masters.

Fees

$20 individual, $10 for each additional family member on or before 9/22/2010; after 9/22/2010, $25 individual and $10 for each additional family member (limited to 4 family members). $5 for Fun Run.

Refunds

There will be no refunds. The entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including cancellation of the race due to weather or other factors.

Dogs

Dogs accompanied by a runner are welcome and are asked to start at the back with the participant. Prizes for the first place dog and medals to the first three dogs have been donated my Northwest Pet Hospital of Georgetown

Additional Information

The 2010 event will be in honor of Tony Kaupas a local resident of Round Rock, Texas who has been living with Parkinson's since 2001.
