Fees

During early bird registration fees are $35 for the 5K and $25 for the 1-Mile Fun Walk. Fee will rise by $5 after February 15, 2013.

Brief Description

Join dozens of artists from Cirque du Soleil’s Las Vegas shows and over 1,500 community members for the 12th Anniversary of Run Away with Cirque du Soleil® at the Springs Preserve, A ONE DROP World Water Day Event!

Walk-Up Registration

Online registration is now closed. Register in person at Whole Foods in Town Square (6689 Las Vegas Blvd) on Friday, March 15 from 11am - 7pm or Saturday, March 16 at 7am -8am at the Springs Preserve. Subject to availability.

TEAMS

Individuals and Teams can register for the 5K. Teams must consist of a minimum of 10 participants. Team awards will be for Overall Male, Female and Mixed Team. Team Captains must register first to create the Team name. For the first year, Teams are encouraged to come in costume for a chance to win best overall team spirit. Details will be e-mailed to the Team Captain.

Additional Information

This event is presented by Cirque du Soleil in partnership with the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the ONE DROP Foundation. All proceeds will support the education and environmental-sustainability programs at the Springs Preserve.

An initiative of Cirque du Soleil’s Founder, Guy Laliberte, ONE DROP’s mission is to fight poverty by supporting access to safe water and raising individual and community awareness of the need to mobilize so that safe water is accessible to all, today and tomorrow.

On March16th, make plans to participate in the 5k Run or 1 Mile Fun Walk at the Springs Preserve. In addition to the run, participants will enjoy music provided by band members of Cirque du Soleil shows, massage therapy and a special warm-up with Cirque du Soleil cast members. The kids are sure to have a great time with face painting and the children's circus play area in the beautiful Springs Preserve landscape. The race begins at 8:30 am, so be sure to arrive by 7:30am for pre-race activities and a few surprises!

This is a unique opportunity to mingle with Cirque du Soleil characters in a beautiful setting while supporting the cause of water.
