Brief Description

Join us for a beautiful run/walk on the trails of Big Foot Beach State Park to benefit the Friends of Big Foot Beach State Park.

5K, 10K

10:00am - The off-road, dirt and grass trail course is designed to challenge the beginner to expert runner. The expansive tree lined course is perfect for the social runner and provides great opportunities for the ultra-competitive runner to pass. Depending on the weather, the trail can be VERY muddy. **10K course will stop timing after 11:30.**

Jr. Gobbler 1 Mile

9:30am - For those juniors nervous the 5K might be too far. Join us in a fun and fast 1 mile for ages 17 and under. Blue Spruce seedlings to the winners. Age groups: 12 & under, 13 - 17.

Early Packet Pick-Up

5-8pm on Friday, November 19th at Clear Water Outdoor in downtown Lake Geneva. Shirts available to purchase while supplies last. Registration available until 8pm - 5K/10K fee is $15.

Race Day Packet Pick-Up

8:30 - 9:50 at Big Foot Beach State Park on the morning of the race.

Race Day Registration

Race day registration will be available at Big Foot Beach State Park from 8:30-9:40am on November 20. Registration Fee: $15 for 5K/10K. Shirts available to purchase while supplies last.

Turkey Trot Shirts

The shirt is NOT included in your registration fee. We will have a very limited supply to sell at packet pick-up and on race day for $12 each.

Parking

State Park fees apply: If you don't have an annual WI State Park sticker, daily parking is $5/vehicle. Day passes available to purchase at packet pick-up on 11/19. Please arrive early and with correct change (if possible) if you would like to purchase a pass on race day. **There will be NO exiting the park from 8:45-9:45am. All lanes will be entry only to ease any congestion.**

Raffle

Approximately 11:30am - Will occur during 5K & 10K awards. Must be present to win. Raffle prizes - just a taste - clothing from: Skirt Sports, Horny Toad, Ibex; bags/backpacks from: Kelty, Osprey, Outdoor Research; Local gift certificates from: Clear Water Outdoor, Next Door Pub, Bruno's, and so much more!! Buy your tickets now or on race day!

Other

Snacks, water, coffee available post race. Aid station on 10K course. **Courses close at 11:30**

Awards

Age Groups 20 & Under; 21 - 29; 30 - 39; 40 - 49; 50 - 59; 60 & Over. Age Group Awards: 1st place: Blue Spruce seedling, pint glass, micro brew (20 & under age group will receive seedling only) 2nd place: Blue Spruce seedling, pint glass; 3rd place: Blue Spruce seedling.
