Brief Description

First annual Run Forest Run 5K in memory of my dad and LAR charter member Bob Forest. Prints of an original print by Earnest Courville for the first 15 male and 10 female finishers - no age group prizes. Dry fit short sleeve Brooks shirts guarenteed for pre-registered runners only!

On-line registration only. Pre-registration closes midnight 8/29. Race day registration is available. LAR members email Jerry at runbluesrun@aol.com for coupon code. Runners under 12 and over 65 run free, with no t-shirt option. Sign up race day.
