Brief Description

Wear old clothes and shoes. This off road 5K adventure takes you across scenic trails and fields, obstacles, and ends with a splash through refreshing water and a mud pit. It is open to individuals and teams. Be prepared for some real clean fun! Individuals run in the morning 8, 8:30, 9, & 9:30. Teams run 12 noon & 12:30. Arrive at least 1 hour before your start time.
Melton Hill Lake and local Fire Dept is available for those who will need cleansed afterwards...

Optional pick up for RACE PACKET is at Fleet Feet Sports, 11619 Parkside Dr, Knoxville. (2/10 mile from Campbell Station Rd, across from J.C. Penny) Wednesday, 7 September, & Thursday, 8 September, and Friday, 9 September From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday.
Packet pickup will also be available on Race Day from 6:30 a.m.
The race is also an official drop off point for Toys for Tots, so bring a new, unwrapped toy to the race where Marines from D Company, 4th Combat Engineer Battalion, will collect the toys.

Don't be "UA" or left in the rear - Arrive at least 1 hour early!
