Brief Description

Girls on the Run is a non-profit character-building program that uses the power of running to strengthen the way girls see themselves and their opportunities. The program combines training for a 3.1 mile run/walk event with self-esteem enhancing lessons and workouts that inspire girls to a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.

T-shirt and water bottle for all participants.
