Buck O'Neil's uniform number was 22, so we chose 2.2 Miles to honor the Legendary Star.

All Kids 10 and under are invited to participate in our Free Kids Run. It will start approximately 8:45 AM.
Both of the 2.2 Mile and 1 Mile courses start at the Buck O'Neil Education and Research Center (the old Paseo YMCA) at 19th & Paseo, winding through the Historic 18th & Vine District, then North on Paseo and back to finish at the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum.
Participants may register and/or pick up their race packets on Friday, November 9th from Noon to 6 PM at the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, 1616 East 18th Street, Kansas City, MO.
Participants may register and pick up their packets on Race Day at the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum from 6:30 to 7:45 AM.
Awards in the 2.2 Mile Run will be presented to the Overall Male and Female Finishers and the Top 3 Male and Female Finishers in the following age groups: 8 & under, 9-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over
