Brief Description

USATF certified and electronically timed, this classic road race is ideal for short distance runners and walkers or those wanting to warm up for longer races. The race begins along 118th Avenue in Jamaica (just west of historic Roy Wilkins Park), filters out to Baisley Boulevard (shadowing scenic Baisley Pond Park), and then proceeds along residential Foch Boulevard --- a great way to experience Southeast Queens!

Register at nycruns.com/newhope. Race day check-in and registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Free t-shirts will be distributed to those that register online by September 10th. Awards for overall top finishers and top times in every age group. Fees - $20 adults ($25 after 9/10), $10 kids under 18. Free for children under 6 yrs.
