Registration begins at 7 AM. Bike start time at 8 AM. 5K and 1 mile fun run start time at 9 AM. Water station on the 5K. Bike assistance available.

Choice of tech shirt of cotton t-shirt for all participants. Medals for overall and masters male and female. Medals for male and female top 3 finishers in the following age groups: Under 10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over
