Brief Description

It's not too late! Day of race registration at Pebble Creek Ski Area starting at 10am. At high noon the gun goes off; starting what is reputed to be the first race to the top of the ski lifts. After finishing, a ride down the Sunshine Lift will deliver you to the Wildflower Festival. If you are tough enough to finish at the Skyline Lift, you will have to be tough enough to get to the Sunshine Lift for your ride.

Fund Raiser

The proceeds from the race are to support the Pocatello XC Ski Foundation mission in promoting and improving Nordic skiing for all levels of experience in Pocatello. We believe that a quality ski experience for novice and expert skiers depends on well maintained trails with excellent grooming. PXCSF assists the City of Pocatello to operate Mink Creek Nordic Area with volunteer labor and equipment for trail maintenance and grooming.

Additional Information

The run will be in coordination with the Wildflower Festival and each race packet will include a discount voucher. We will finish prizes and raffle by 4pm and from 5pm on there will be live music, dancing, food and fun. If you have never been to it: this is great event organized by the Pebble Creek National Ski Patrol.
