Start Times

The 50K will start at 6 a.m.; the 25K at 7 a.m.; and the 10K at 7:30 a.m. at the start/finish area adjacent to Shelter No. 1 near Raven Lake inside Huntsville State Park.

Park Entry Fee

Each runner who does not have an annual TPWD parks pass will be required to pay a $5 park entry fee the morning of the race. The process will work more smoothly if each runner has $5 cash. The park, however, will be set up to accept credit cards for the race day park entry fee.

Time Limits

The course officially closes at 2 p.m. on race day, meaning 50Kers have an 8-hour time limit and 25Kers a 7-hour time limit. We certainly do our best to recognize all 50K finishers in the results _ regardless of finish time _, but advise anyone thinking they might finish after 2 p.m. to plan to provide for themselves as aid stations will likely be shutting down in accordance with a projected 8-hour finish.
