Description
Families with children of all abilities are invited to participate in the Texas Childrens Hospital and Houston Marathon Foundation Family Fun Run on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Texas Childrens Hospital West Campus.
This race, formerly known as the Kids Fun Run, has a rich history of over 15 years with our hospital. We are very excited to now open the race to the entire family to educate and encourage Houston-area children and their families to adopt active, healthy lifestyles!
The Fun Run will include a 1K adaptive race for children with special needs, plus a longer 3K family course. There will not be prizes given for top finishers; all will receive an award for participating! The race will take place rain or shine.
