15 Mile Solo; 3 person relay, with each runner covering a unique 4-6 mile leg; 1 mile kids race (in store registration only, 585-248-3420).
Post race chicken BBQ with 3 sides and beverage and a technical short sleeve t-shirt for the first 175 registered runners. Kids race participants will receive a finishing certificate and must purchase meal for an additional $12 (in-store registration only).
SOLO RACE: $30 per runner/$35 Race Day; RELAY RACE: $25 PER RUNNER/$30 Race Day. Note: If registering as part of a relay team, choose that option, pay for yourself, and indicate team name if known.
Saturday May 1, 2010 at Medved Running and Walking Outfitters (3400 Monroe Ave., Rochester, NY 14618). Race Day registration and packet pick-up will start at the Hopkins Point Lodge at 6:30 am, Sunday May 2, 2010.
$50 Medved Gift Certificate awarded to top male/female solo runner if they finish ahead of the top male/female relay team.
The North Face Trail Running Shoes and other awards to the Male/Female open and masters winners. Age Group Awards
Awards given to top male/female/co-ed teams above and below a team average age of 40.
Extra meals may be purchased for $12 per meal for family members if pre-registered before April 30th. Kids meals must be purchased in the store with registration.
