Brief Description

This is the fifth annual Are U ABle 5K and 1 mile run/walk. We had a blast last year and this year's race will be even better! We will have lots of music, food and entertainment for the kids. We hope that U will be ABle to join us!

Additional Information

We will use the same USATF certified course beginning and ending at Homewood High School. We especially welcome consumers of physical therapy - come and run or walk or roll to celebrate how physical therapy has helped U to be ABle !!!! Awards: Top overall male/female Top 3 in each 5 year age group: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and up.
