Brief Description

Proceeds from the event go towards FLIPANY’s school and community-based, free physical activity and nutrition programs that integrate sports, healthy eating, meal planning and cooking classes to facilitate healthy living for low-income children and families in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties. $25 pays for a nutrition class with a dietitian and chef! Participants of all ages are invited to join the 5K /10 K walk or run on January 7, 2012 at North Beach Park on the Hollywood Broadwalk.

Race Start Location!

The FLIPANY Fun Run starts on Hollywood Broadwalk at Sheridan Street and A1A. Participants arriving before 8am will have free parking in North Beach Park parking lot. See you next year!

Additional Information

FREE pancake breakfast - non-runners can purchase breakfast for $5! Awards will be given to the top three males and females in 15 different age categories, ranging from ages 9 and up. Enjoy activities after the run. Arts and crafts, medal presentation, and other activities.
