Tired of the same old 5k-10k-half marathon run ??? Come out to nature and experience the ultimate rush in trail running LIKE NOTHING ELSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This is a great single and double track off road running experience. The terrain is made up of a little bit of everything, rolling hills, climbs, single track, double track, roots (lots of it) gravel and concrete drive along with some technical sections. The course is beautiful and offers something for every runner truly wishing to ditch the city.

HEALTH IS WEALTH

Aside from just the stress reliever, running has also been proven to improve ATTITUDE. Running especially outside and on the trails creates a release of endorphins that cause EUPHORIA "runners high" or a general sense of happiness. The will and strength that gets your body through long runs you'd much rather skip is what in turn strengthens your mind and gives you focus and determination in other areas of your life.
