Brief Description:
Based on the overwhelming success of our 2009 event, the 5k Run/1 Mile
Walk to benefit prostate cancer research is back, BUT THE SENATORS HAVE MADE THE PLAYOFFS AND WE HAVE HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE EVENT! Please join us in
helping to ensure that The Great Prostate Cancer Challenge on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER, 19, 2010 is
even more successful than last year's event.
Fees:
$20.00 prior to the race
$25.00 on race day

Refund Policy
Registration fees are not refunded, yet considered donations to ZERO - The Project to End Prostate Cancer. The event will be held rain or shine.
Packet Pickup
Friday, September 17th from 8 am to 4 pm and Saturday, September 18th from 9 am to 12 pm.
Location:Urology of Central PA, 100 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 100, Camp Hill, PA 17011. Onsite on race day beginning at 3:30PM.
Beneficiary
Proceeds from the event will support ZERO - The Project to End Prostate Cancer.
Amenities
Each participant will receive a commemorative t-shirt and gift bag. Refreshments will be provided.
Course:
The course will start on City Island and progress around the island and across the Walnut Street Bridge over the Susquehanna River. Participants will proceed north along the river bank and turn around at the Sunken Gardens and head back to City Island. The finish line will be at the end of the Walnut Street Bridge on City Island.
Awards:
Given to the top three males and females overall, plus to the top three males and females in the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+
Directions:
FROM I-83 Take Exit 23 Capitol/Second St. Left
onto Market St./Bridge. Turn right into City Island with parking lots
adjacent to both sides of the bridge. FROM I-81 Take the Front Street
exit. If you are coming in on I-81 South, take the South Exit. If you
are coming in on I-81 North, take the North Exit). Make a right onto
Market St. Bridge. Turn right into City Island with parking lots
adjacent to both sides of the bridge.
