Brief Description

Harmony celebrates New's Eve at 6 p.m. (midnight in Germany). Prior to the count-down, fireworks and singing of Auld Lang Syne are a 5K race at 3:00 PM and a children's 1 mile fun run at 3:45 PM. Five year age group awards presented for the 5K and all children participating in the fun run receive a finisher's medal. 5K runners receive a Frank Shorter technical runner shirt while supplies last.

Directions

Parking is available at the Grace Church. Registration and award ceremony at the church's Youth Center. Race will begin and end in the center of the town square. Grace Church address is 538 Main Street, Harmony PA 16037

Additional Information

The 5K race starts in the historic town square and is an out and back course along the Connoquenessing Creek. The course has one moderately large hill. The rest of the course is relatively flat.
