Brief Description

Welcome to The Emmanuel Lutheran 5K, 1 Mile Walk, and Kids Run. The 5K is fast and mostly flat and is on pavement. The scenic course runs through beautiful Patapsco State Park along the river. The Mile walk/run also runs along the river.

Parking

Parking is right next to Pavilion #104 and the Start/Finish line at no additional charge.

No Pets or Strollers on the course

Due to safety concerns there will be no pets or strollers allowed on the course.

Course Description

It doesn't get any better than this. The course is great for beginners. There are a couple small hills followed by nice downhills that will allow you to have a great time. Looking to PR? This is the place to do it! It's also one of the most beautiful places in Maryland to run. You're surrounded by nature as you run along the river. Awards

Medals will be given to the top male and female runners in the following age categories: 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Medals will also be given to top 3 male and female runners in each grade. Ribbons will be given to all finishers in each grade.

Race Day Registration

Race day registration begins at 8:30 am.

Additional Information

To receive a t-shirt you must be registered by October 29th.
