Sprint & Olympic Triathlon & Kids' Triathlon! Sprint :1/4 mile swim, 15 mile bike , 3.1 mile run; Olympic: 1/2 mile swim, 29 mile Bike, 3.1 mile run

The Swim

The swim is in the man-made Ashwaubomay Lake. The water is very shallow. Plenty of buoys along the course for sighting and to rest on if needed. There is a colorful balloon arch at the Swim Finish. Wetsuits may be worn. You must provide your own swim cap, they are MANDATORY. Course map at midwestsportsevents.com.

The Bike

The bike course heads out of the park going west and travels through Green Bay, De Pere, Ashwaubenon and Hobart. Roads are paved and in great condition! Every 5th mile and every turn on the bike courses are marked with large signage. Course and elevation maps posted at midwestsportsevents.com.

The Run

The run begins in Ashwaubomay Park and heads out continuing north on Broadway along the Fox River. It is an out and back, flat course with a water and Gatorade station. Awards

Midwest Sports Events prides themselves with unique awards! Overall awards to the top female and male winners and age group winners in the following 5 year age categories: 14 & under to 95 plus. Awards to the top 3 relay teams and Athena & Clydesdale.

Midwest Sports Events Amenities

All participants receive a dri wick shirt, goody bag, chip timing and plenty of entertainment! Post event buffet complete with pancakes and healthy breakfast snacks to refuel. Go to midwestsportsevents.com for more details.

Health Expo, Registration & Packet Pick-Up

Saturday, June 5 from 11-5 p.m. at Aurora BayCare Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center(1160 Kepler Drive, Green Bay). Pick up your race information, register for the event and stay to listen to the interesting clinic and course talks. A complete schedule of clinic and course talks will be posted on the Midwest Sports Events website, midwestsportsevents.com three weeks prior to the event. Registration & Packet Pick-up also available on day-of from 5:30 - 6:45 a.m.

Kids' Triathlon

The Kids' Triathlon is on Saturday, June 5 starting at 9 a.m. at Ashwaubomay Park. Registration is from 7:00-8:30 a.m. A very fun and safe event for kids age 3-12! Each age group has very achievable distances. The swim course is parallel to the shore and never over waist deep. Swim caps are OPTIONAL. Helmets are MANDATORY. Only $15 for registration!

Kids' Triathlon Amenities

All kids' receive a t-shirt, goody bag, finishers' medal and plenty of refreshments after! Age group awards to the top 3 male and female in each age group.

Kids' Triathlon Clinic

Please attend a short pre-race Kids' Triathlon clinic to be held the morning of the race at 8:30. The clinic is for both the kids and parents.
