Description
The Gumby 10K and 5K Walk/run will have beautiful courses, a custom-designed Gumby tech tee-shirt and hot post race refreshments.
The Gumby 10K starts along the shore of Folsom Lake and runs on single track trails through the oak forest before winding down through a small canyon to Beeks Bight and then continuing on more single track trails towards Doton's Point before circling back and returning back to the finish line via a climb overlooking Oak Point. There will be four aid stations on the course serving cold water, electrolyte, and energy gels.
First place Overall Male and Female in the Gumby 10K will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards three deep in each ten-year age group for the Gumby 10K.

Race packets will be available race morning from 7 am to 9 am at the race site.
Refund and Transfer Information
TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.
Race for FREE Information
Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing Bill Driskill at bill@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
Triathlon Training Class
TBF Training offers the Tri-for-Fun Spring Class beginning on April 16, 2012 for $199. This 6-week class includes entry into the TRI for FUN Triathlon on June 2, 2012 and will help athletes of all levels reach their fitness and performance goals.
