Brief Description

*REGISTER EARLY FOR DISCOUNTED COSTS* The Glendale Downtown Dash is a 5K Run/Walk to benefit Glendale Adventist Stroke Services for our community. Thanks to community involvement at the 2011 ‘Dash’, we raised money for our Primary Stroke Center (1st Primary Stroke Center in the San Fernando Valley) to help educate the community on stroke awareness and enhance stroke treatment options.

Day of Race

Registration begins at 7AM
Opening ceremonies start at 8:20AM
Race starts immediately after.

Fundraise Participation

People can choose to participate in the Dash in many ways. As a team captain, team member, individual participant or a fundraiser. Each level of participation helps to make the Dash a success every year.

Teams

Team Captains
Create your team first through registration. Once you have created your team, let your team members know the name of the team to register under.

Team Members
Select your Team Name from the drop down box on the registration form. Continue through the registration process.

OFFICIAL STUDENT TEAMS

STUDENTS: if you are registering as part of your official school or league team, please talk with your team captain, call (818) 409-8100 or visit the Downtown Dash web page to download your registration form.

Additional Information

Registration opens at 7AM the day of the event (remember its Daylight Saving) and opening ceremonies will start at 8AM (and include an aerobic warm-up). The route includes the new Americana at Brand, more awards for participants and a fundraising option for organized youth sports teams.

FEES:
Dash Pack Registration:
Includes registration into the Dash Training Program and Dash 5K.
$60 until February 14th

Dash Training Registration:
8 week training program: starts January 15
$35 until February 14th

Individuals/Team Captain/Team Members:
$30 through March 1; $40 thereafter

LA Roadrunner members (Individual/Team Captain/Team Members):
$25 through March 1; $35 thereafter

Youth Dash: For children 12 and under:$15
