Brief Description

Destination Races presents the 3rd Annual Healdsburg Wine Country Half Marathon, located just north of Santa Rosa and San Francisco, California. This spectacular 13.1 mile course curves through the beautiful Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys at the end of harvest when the vineyards are vibrant with fall colors.This is a Halloween-themed race and is limited to 2,000 runners. A team competition is offered with minimum 6 runners per team.

Team competition

Must have a minimum of 6 participants to qualify as a team. Team competition is cumulative score of best 5 times on team. Awards for fastest overall team score and best costumed team. Teams can be any combination of male and female runners and are handicapped according to age and gender.

Kids Pumpkin Run

The Kids Pumpkin Run is a costumed race through the vineyards at Francis Ford Coppola Winery. Kids will run one or two laps (each lap is 1/4 quarter mile) depending upon their age. Fee includes t-shirt and healthy trick or treat bag. Prizes for best costume. Hosted by Francis Ford Coppola Winery and ParkPoint Health Club. The Pumpkin Run start time is approximately 12:30pm and activities run from noon to 4pm. Registration is $20 before Oct. 21st and $25 between Oct. 22nd through Oct. 30th.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed up to 90 days prior to the race for online registrations less $15 processing fee. A 50% credit toward a future race will be granted if cancellation is made within 90 days of the race. Or you may transfer your registration to another runner by sending a transfer form and submitting $20 fee.

Extras

Guest Wine Glass

One wine glass included per each registered runner (must present ticket on race bib at post-race festival to claim glass). Registered runners may also purchase extra wine glasses online for guests. $15 includes logo glass and wine tasting at post-race festival ($20 at event). Limit is 2 extra glasses.

VIP Early or Late Packet Pickup (Free Packet Pickup is available at the Expo)

Thursday 10/28 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Packet Pickup, wine reception and meet and greet with staff and other runners at the Westin Hotel in San Francisco. Or pick up your packet on race morning from 6:00am to 6:45am. Cost is $20.

Pre-Race Orientation & Wine Reception

Friday 10/29 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Wine tasting and light appetizers at Francis Ford Coppola Winery. Limited to 100 people. Cost is $25.

Finishers Halloween Party

Saturday 4:00pm - 6:00pm at Quivira Winery in Healdsburg. Celebrate your accomplishment with other runners and staff at this post-race part. Wine and appetizers made from organically grown produce on site. Cost is $25.
