Brief Description

Join the staff, volunteers and supporters of the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia for the 20th annual Mutt Strut 5K & 1 Mile Fun. The annual event is one of the premier fundraising events for the HSNEGA with all proceeds benefiting the shelter’s services and the animals in its care. Participants in the 1 Mile Fun Walk are invited to bring their dogs to walk with them as long as the animals are vaccinated, leashed,non-aggressive, and in good physical condition.

Additional Information

Awards will be given to the Overall Male/Female and Overall Masters Male/Female. Age Group awards will be given 3 deep in standard age groups from 10 and under to 75 and over. Finish line and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.runningintheusa.com and www.coolrunning.com. The race is part of the Run and See Georgia Grand Prix Series. PLEASE NOTE: If you are participating in the 5K and would also like to walk in the 1 Mile to warm up, you do NOT need to pay two entry fees. Also, there is not charge for small children in strollers; however, any child walking or running will need to be entered in the appropriate event.
