A non-competitive Certified 5K/1K Run/Walk to raise awareness about organ and tissue donation while benefiting Donate Life California Organ and Tissue Donor Registry.
*Team/Family Captains MUST register first and will create their team during the registration process. *Team Members (joining a family/team) will register after the team captain has registered and created the team. Team members will then select the family/team name from the drop down box on the registration form during registration.
*ALL ONELEGACY DONOR FAMILIES **DO NOT REGISTER HERE** Please contact Kari Kozuki, Donor Family Services, at 213-229-5647 to register your team. If you register here you will not receive donor family t-shirts or buttons of your loved one.
A fundraising page will automatically be created for you once you register online! You can then personalize your page and invite your friends & family to make a donation online. You will receive an email on how to access your fundraising page.
