Additional Information

About Produced in conjunction with the "Dash for Cash" mountain bike race. This beautiful & scenic course is designed & maintained by the Buffalo Riders for this annual charity race. Natural & man made bridges, big timber, streams & Buffalo Creek, bombing downhill’s & lung busting climbs, PLUS A TUNNEL. What more could you ask for? Pick your poison. Either the short loop, 5 miles of very challenging trail running. Natural & man-made bridges, steep descents, brutal climb. The long course is more than a half marathon. 14.2 miles of the most brutal & challenging trail running you will ever do. I guarantee this. Stream & creek crossings, natural & man-made bridges, huge steeps, up & down, the "Infamous Tunnel" and, FOUR! This is a great event that benefits the South Buffalo Fire & Rescue Squad. These are not your ordinary foot races. These trail running races where designed & chosen because of their difficulty. Runners must carry whatever fluids or food they will need for the entire course. These races are marshaled but unsupported. No sissies. Last year we passed out more than 50 FREE stitches to our runners.
