The course starts at 250 feet in Central Park. In the second mile, the course drops to 50 feet. From mile 2 to 11, it is mostly flat with the exception of 3 hills that climb about 40 feet each. Mile 12 goes back up from 50 to 250 feet on what is known as hospitalization hill. Mile 13 has a down then a climb.

Mile 13 has a down then a climb. You didn’t notice this on the way out in mile 1. However, you will notice it as part of the last mile.
