About The Race!

This race, a scenic 5K loop around Baker Park, will begin promptly at 8:00 AM and be open to the general public. Auxiliary police officers from the City of Frederick will be there to direct traffic along the route. Music will be playing the entire time to get you pumped up, and to keep you pushing all the way through to the finish line, where there will be some delicious refreshments waiting for you! Every runner/walker will also receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win some exciting prizes!

T- Shirts!!!

Every runner/walker registered BEFORE Race Day will receive a commemorative Race Day T-shirt!!! Those who register on Race Day will receive a t-shirt on a first come, first serve basis.

Awards and Prizes!!!

Every runner/walker will receive a raffle ticket which gives him/her a chance to win one of the many prizes we will be raffling off. Prizes will be awarded immediately following the race. Awards will follow the prizes, and go to runners/walkers who finish under 45 minutes in the following groups: Top 3 Male Overall Race Finishers Top 3 Female Overall Race Finishers Top 3 Male & Female Finishers in the following age groups: 10 and under, 11-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
