Additional Information
Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, our organization wishes to empower
children and their families to pursue their dreams through wish granting and
monetary assistance. We also wish to aid in research funding to enhance the
productivity of treatment plans as well as assist in furthering a cure.
Our organization is currently operational and all events and activities are planned
by foundation directors as well as a staff of volunteers. Directors are not
compensated by the organization for time or services rendered. Each volunteer
brings significant experience and talent to the organization. These include but are
not limited to community service, management, event planning, accounting,
corporate law and above all the desire to help families in need and the drive to
succeed.
Eligibility will be determined by the following: medical condition, physician
approval, financial status, age, geographic area and U.S Citizenship. Each family
will be required to submit an application(s) for eligibility. All applications will be
reviewed by foundation directors for approval.
Dreams to be granted will include but are never limited to family vacations,
weekend getaways, celebrity meetings, shopping sprees, spa days, dream careers
and extreme sport opportunities (sky diving, swimming with sharks, motor cross,
etc.).
Monetary assistance will be granted for the following: Mortgage payment/rent,
water, gas, electric, appliances, groceries, clothing, childcare assistance, and
automotive needs.
The Forever Trinity Dream Foundation will also support a wide variety of research
in hopes of finding the causes of, and possible cures for, terminal childhood
illnesses.
