Three races – one day of fun for the whole family! Register for the 10K, 5K or 1-Mile Fun Run, then enjoy a live animal presentation, music, awards and more! Proceeds from the Zoo Run support conservation efforts for animals that need your help. Also, celebrate Party for the Planet with many activities geared toward helping the environment.

Entry Fees:
Individual: Early $20, Late $25 after April 2, $30 Race Day
School Groups: (K-12) $16 per person, 10 person min. by April 2
Teams: $18 per person, 5 person minimum by April 2
Zoo members receive a $2 discount
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TEAM CAPTAINS:
In order to create a team, all team captains must click on the yellow "Create your Team" button in the top right hand corner
School Groups (K-12):
• Minimum of 10 people in the same race per school group
• All forms for each runner must be submitted at the same time by Friday, April 2. No exceptions!
• Runners registering after April 2 must register as individuals
• List of runners in alphabetical order, last name first
• Contact information for designated team captain
• All packets must be picked up at Fort Worth Running Company or on Race Day

Race Information & Guidelines:
• Early Registration guarantees a zoo ticket, race bag with
T-shirt, and timing device, if desired.
• Race bags, T-shirts and timing device are NOT
guaranteed if you register on Race Day.
• Races include a timed 10K, a timed 5K, a 5K Fun Run
and a 1-mile Fun Run.
• Must be 12+ years of age to compete in the 10K.
• The 10K course close after 1 hour and 30
minutes. The 5K course closes after 1 hour and 15 minutes for timing and safety purposes.
• Strollers are only allowed in the 5K Fun Run and the 1-
Mile Fun Run.
• No pets, bicycles or in-line skates allowed.
• Fort Worth Zoo not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Race participants park at the Zoo’s main parking lot via
Forest Park Boulevard. Colonial Parkway will be closed
to all thru traffic.
• Please allow 45 minutes for parking.
• As a Party for the Planet celebration, Zoo Run
encourages participants to go green and carpool.
Awards:
PLEASE NOTE: Competitive awards will only be given to
timed participants in the 10K and 5K. Participants must be
12+ years of age to compete in the 10K. 10k course will
close after 1hour and 30 minutes and the 5K course closes after 1 hour and 15 minutes for timing and safety
purposes.
