Brief Description

Evangelical Christian School Proudly presents: The 2nd Annual Sentinel 5K Featuring a 5k, Couch to 5K (beginning runners), & 2-Mile Health Walk, Saturday, January 14th, 2012 @ 8:00 Visit us at www.goecs.org The course will be run on a variety of surfaces, including but not limited to new rubber ECS track, grass, dirt path, pavement.

Student athletes may not win prize money.

There will be cash prizes for the overall winners. The prize amount TBA. Please note that student athletes cannot accept any cash rewards to the comply with NAIA “competitive experience” rules in addition to these “amateur status” rules.

Additional Information

Cash prizes for top three male and female winners! Awards will be given age groups 10 and under, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50,51-60, 61-70, 70 and up in the 5k division. All registered finishers of the Couch to 5K will receive a completion award. Please note that student athletes may not win prize money to comply with NAIA “competitive experience” rules in addition to these “amateur status” rules.
