Entry Requirements
• Race registration will close once the maximum field is reached, regardless of the date.
• Sorry, registration over the phone or by fax will NOT be accepted.
• There will be NO race day registration.
• Only one participant per application.
• Application may be photocopied.
• Waiver MUST be signed in order to process application.
• All participants MUST finish within three and a half hours.
• A fee of $25 will be charged for all returned checks.

Pick-Up by Proxy
If you cannot pick-up your packet, you must have the person picking up your packet bring a copy of your license and an authorization letter.
Parking
Race day parking is available near the start line at the following locations:
A - Southport Shopping Center (1303 SE 17th St.)
B - Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale (1799 SE 17th St.)
C - E Clay Shaw lot, East (2150 SE 17th St.), metered parking available
Post-race Shuttles
Shuttle service from the finish line at South Beach Park to the start line will be provided by BestWay Bus Service. Post-race shuttles will run continuously from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, returning athletes to the start area by the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale (1799 SE 17th St).
Course
Marathon 13.1® Ft. Lauderdale is WALKER FRIENDLY. The course will remain open for 3 hours and 30 minutes (16 minute/mile pace).

Spectator Information
The streets of Ft. Lauderdale are open to runners, but it's the spectators that will help them get to the finish line. From start to finish, there are excellent opportunities to catch loved ones and friends running in 13.1™ Ft. Lauderdale. As we get closer to the race, we will give you more information on some of the best locations to enjoy the race from breakfast hangouts on the course to beachside viewing.
Gear Check
There will be gear check provided at the start line. All bags will then be moved to the finish line area.
