Brief Description

The 18th Annual Jackrabbit Stampede has been a bike race for 17 years this year is the first year for a 5k run and a 1 mile fun run due to the construction on the roads.The race course will run from Heritage Towne Center to new Community Park & back. The course is certified and the race will be chip timed by Race Chip Timing. All ages welcome.

All pre-registered participants will receive a t-shirt and goodie bag; late and day-of registration first come first serve.

Awards

Awards to the overall male and female winner,and the top 3 finishers in the following age groups receive award : 14 and under, 15-19, 20–24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+ All participants in the fun run will recieve a ribbon.

Directions from Dallas

Forney is 22 miles due east of Dallas. Take Hwy 80 East to the Broad St. (FM 688) exit at the flag poles/Statue of Liberty. Stay on service road into town. Go to second red light and turn right on Bois d’ Arc. Follow signs to park to the left off Trinity St.

Packet Pick Up

Packet pick up will be race day at Heritage Towne Center beginning at 7:30am.
