The course all takes place in Kiekhaefer Park. The park has well groomed and hilly trails, woodlands and a small stream. In addition, the park being part of the Niagara Escarpment, has a high ledge or hill with an overlook tower. The park has ample parking on Kiekhaefer Parkway.

Division Awards:

1st, 2nd and 3rd place by fastest times:

Rugged Individualist - Top 3 Males & Top 3 Females

Dynamic Duo - Combined time of 1 Male & 1 Female

Macho Men - Combined time of 2 males

Super Chicks - Combined time of 2 females

Six Pack - Team of 6 or more; combined time of top 3 team finishers

LifeSpan - Cominbed time of 13-16 year old & 40-90 year old.

Kids Event

Kids event starts at 10:30 am Event is contained to the start and finishline area. Kids will be in full view of parents at all times.

Crazy Costume Contest

Will take place at 7:45 a.m. SHARP!

1st, 2nd & 3rd place awards determine by audience applause.

Important Event Information

-Water available on the course

-Food and showers available after the event

-Assistance will be available at obstacles, if needed

-Other than LifeSpan Division, participants must be 16 years or older

-Shoes MUST be worn at all times

-Timed event with wave starts

Midwest Sports Events Amenities

All participants receive a dri wick shirt, chip timing, and plenty of entertainment. Post event buffet complete with healthy foods to refuel.

Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS issued for ANY reason. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

TRANSFER FROM 2013 TO 2014 EVENT There will be NO TRANSFERS from this year's event to future year events.

RACE FEE TRANSFER There will be NO TRANSFER OF FEES from one race to another.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER ATHLETE Race fee can be transfered to another individual, however there is $10 processing fee to complete the transfer.

Additional Information

"Edge the Ledge" is an event that can be done by all athletes from novice to elite. Other than in the LifeSpan Divison, participants must be 16 years or older. Assistance will be available, if needed, at all obstacles.

Mob Events
