Brief Description

Join us for the 7th annual Waves & Wishes 5K Run/Walk and share the power of a wish! All funds raised will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of South Carolina to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. This race has become the favorite of runners in the Lowcountry area and across the state. Please visit www.wavesandwishes.org for more information.

Additional Information

Early packet pickup: Friday, November 18th at Zaxby's on Folly Road from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Race day packet pickup will be held on-site from 6:45 - 7:45 a.m.

Locklear's will host the post-race party on the Pier and will serve their delicious brunch! Awards will be presented to the Top 3 overall M/F, Top 3 M/F age groups, and M/F Masters.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required.
