Register now for one of the first races of the season. Come March 17th and participate in the Pot O' Gold 4 Mile Run & Walk, with a scenic course, minimal turns, making this course flat and fast. Along with the 4 mile run there will be a 4 mile walk , Heavyweight division for the runners, 1/4 mile Blarney Trot for the kids and the "Luck of the Day" Pot O' Gold drawing.

Packet Pickup

March 16th at Complete Runner 915 S. Dort Hwy, Flint, Michigan. Race Day Registration starts at 4:30pm at the Masonic Temple, located at 755 South Saginaw Street in Flint.

Start Times

Blarney Trot - 5:30pm, 4 Mile Run - 6:00pm, 4 Mile Walk - 6:01pm

Timing & Results

The race will be timed using the ChronoTrack Timing System, featuring the disposable D-tag. No need to stop at the finish line and return your timing chip! Timing services will be provided by Race Services Company. To learn more about ChronoTrack, please visit ChronoTrack.

Awards

Age Group Divisions: 1st Place Male and Female, 1st Place Masters Male and Female, 1st-4th Place Male and Female age groups 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and up. The awards will be presented at the Masonic Temple as soon as the race finishes. Little Blarney Trot Awards will be given at the completion of their race.

Course

The fast, flat and scenic 4 mile course runs through the University of Michigan-Flint campus, through the cultural area and loops around to finish at Masonic Temple. Featuring the New Gilkey Trail that goes thru Mott Estate. The race is sanctioned by Track Athletic Congress (TAC) and is an event of the Genesee-Lapeer-Shiawassee Regional Fitness Council.

Aid Stations / Split Times

There will be water at the 2 mile mark and at the conclusion of the race. There will also be a clock at the first mile mark, split callers at each mile, and a clock at the Finish line.
