This year the YMCA event will support the Girls on the Run (GOTR). GOTR is a program for girls ages 8-12. This 10-week program inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum, which creatively integrates running and is designed to promote good choices for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. Through the experience of running, interactive activities and discussions, participants learn how to celebrate being a girl!
10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Up
10K Run Adult $25.00 late fee $30.00 10K Run Youth $15.00 late fee $20.00 5K Run Adult $25.00 late fee $30.00 5K Run Youth $15.00 late fee $20.00 1K Kid Family Run $15.00 late fee $20.00
10K & 5K Competitive Runs – Awards will be presented to the top overall winners and to the top three in their age groups.
1K Kid/Family Fun Run – Top 5 males and females who are age 10 & under.
Come and run one of the most beautiful courses in Southeastern NC. The courses are USATF-certified and all competitive races will be professionally chip-timed. The course has a few small hills and winds through the scenic Dogwood Trail and the beautiful neighborhood near the FTCC. Click here to download the course map.

The 10K & 5K events will be timed by Atlantic Coast Timing Company.. This timing company has been timing the Start LINE and Mile 11 in one of the most famous race in the WORLD..
