Brief Description

Get Fair Fit Friday night with a Midway Mile Fun Run @ 4 PM with FREE Carnival Rides until 6 PM for all Midway Mile runners! At 7:30 PM, go crazy at Twilight Run With a Twist! As the midway lights begin to twinkle, runners will take off on a Fair adventure! A great race for the entire family, this inaugural Run/Walk will take you on a journey around the Carnival Midway and Fairgrounds! Participants receive a glow necklace and carnival midway ride tickets for completing fun obstacles!

Twilight Run Entry Fee

$25 if postmarked by 8/20/2012 or $30 on Race Day.

Midway Mile Entry Fee

$15 if postmarked by 8/20/2012 or $18 on Race Day.

Packet Pickup

Participants can pick up their registration packets beginning Opening Night of the Fayette County Fair, Thursday, August 23 at 5PM to 8PM. Race day registration and packet pick-up begins at 3:00PM on Friday, August 24.

Goodies

T-shirt and goody bags will be available for pre-registered participants and as supplies last for race day registrants. There will be plenty of fluids and other munchies at the finish area.

Raffle Drawing

There will be a Raffle Drawing for prizes and awards about 9:15 PM.

Awards

Awards ceremony begins at 9:15PM. Awards/Games: Come dressed to impress! Prizes/Awards for the person wearing the Most Pink, Most Outrageous Costume/Outfit, Craziest Hair, Best Breast Cancer-Themed Ensemble and Most Spirited!

Park in the designated parking lot at the Kiwanis Fayette County Fairgrounds.

Performing on stage at 6:30 PM, Peachtree City School of Dance Academy. And you won’t want to miss the amazing, Lisa Lane Magic. She’ll dazzle you with her illusions! Awards ceremony begins at 9:15 PM. Awards/Games: Come dressed to impress! Prizes/Awards for the person wearing the Most Pink, Most Outrageous Costume/Outfit, Craziest Hair, Best Breast Cancer-Themed Ensemble and Most Spirited! The wildest and craziest costume will win our Crazy for the Cure contest! And everyone can purchase raffle tickets to support the cause and win great prizes and gift cards! Proceeds benefit the participants of 3-Day for the Cure Walk in October. Presented by the 3-Day team, Tutus for Tatas. We're looking for a great band to fill our Friday stage, tell them to contact us!
