Brief Description

The Fayetteville Half Marathon will visit some of Fayetteville's most unique spots. There will be a half-distance marathon, 5K, 1 mile fun run/walk and other activities for people of all ages. The most unique aspect to this event will be the finish line...the John McDonnell Outdoor Track Complex! Runners will enter the track and make a lap with crowds cheering them on from the bleachers.

Magic Mile - Packet Pickup and Registration

Magic Mile packet pick-up and registration will be held Friday, December 10th at Fleet Feet from 4pm-7pm. Race-day registration and packet pickup on Saturday morning from 8:00 to 9:30am. PLEASE REGISTER THE NIGHT BEFORE IF POSSIBLE!

Sunday Races - Packet Pick-up & Registration Info

Packet pick-up/Registration will be begin at 11am. Both will close at 7pm on December 11. There is no race-day registration or packet pickup available for Sunday's events. Location is the Fayetteville Town Center

Giveaway prizes for gear, clothing, energy bars, gift certificates and lots of other cool stuff!!!

Post Race Festivities:

Lots of food and drink will be served to all competitors. Friends and family may attend for a nominal fee.

Minimum Age Requirements

Age as of December 31:
Half Marathon - Age 12
5K - Age 6
Magic Mile - 5
1 Mile Fun Run - no minimum

Additional Information

What Is The Half marathon Course Like? A two-loop course which is mostly flat with a couple of moderate-incline sections and one nice downhill that begins on the University of Arkansas campus. The course will make it's way north on Garland Ave, over to a portion of the trail system, to Dickson Street, to the UofA campus running past Old Main and then back to the outdoor track complex for a lap inside the stadium. Enjoy the finishing stretch on Razorback Road because it's all downhill!
