Jennifer, a natural athlete with a beautiful smile and a graceful demeanor struggles to feel healthy every day as she awaits her vital double transplant for survival. Her story is not so unusual for individuals who suffer from Primary Hyperoxaluria. The Gordon family, Mark, Carol, Scott, Tom, Kelly and Jennifer thank you in advance as you join them and run or walk for a cure.
