Brief Description

1970s featured the running boom. Now experience the Dog Jog boom. On May 18, join Dog Jog Run in raising money for the Chester County and Pennsylvania SPCA, by running or walking the 5K or mile. You can either run with a dog OR without. Doesn't matter. The only requirement is to have fun. Sign up today and learn more at www.dogjogrun.com. Join the Movement.

Additional Information

All proceeds to benefit CCSPCA and PSPCA. First 350 participants will receive a t-shirt and first 100 dogs will receive a bandana. Rules: All dogs will require proof of rabies vaccination and will be kept on a leash. No flexileads (extension leashes). Only one (1) dog per human. No aggressive dogs or dogs in heat. No nose to nose contact. No dogs under one (1) year old allowed to race. Pick up after your dogs. All humans must abide by the Downingtown East High School Student Handbook. Awards: Cash prizes will be given to the top three runners in the 5K race ($125, $100, $75). Medals will be handed out for the top three winners of each age group. There are no awards for the fun mile.
