Brief Description

The Breathe Easy Darryl Trabucco Memorial 5k Run & Fun Walk was organized as a tribute to Darryl Trabucco, a prominent member of the Export community who lost his battle with lung cancer in February 2012. Proceeds of this event will benefit the PA Lung Cancer Partnership, a non-profit organization committed to lung cancer research, education and awareness.

T-shirts can only be guaranteed for those who register by October 24, 2012.

Additional Information

The race will begin at the Farmer's Market site and wind through the streets of Export. The 5k course has rolling hills with a down hill finish. Race day registration and packet pickup is 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Export VFD Pavilion. The 5k race will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the one mile fun walk will begin at 9:40 a.m. Prizes will be awarded for the top three men and top three women finishing the 5k in each of the following age categories: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. Race timing through Miles of Smiles Timing Service. Event sanctioned by USATF.
