Brief Description

Results are up at http://www.panther5k.com/results/ 5th Annual Panther 5K run & walk to fund the Lisa Meitin Scholarship. Runners and walkers of all ages are encouraged to participate. Proceeds will go towards a scholarship fund in memory of Lisa Meitin, the wife of Lakeside head cross country coach Jerry Meitin, who lost a five year battle to ovarian cancer on January 24, 2012. The memorial scholarship will be awarded annually to a male and female Lakeside cross country athlete.

Additional Information

All pre-registered entrants will receive a cotton race shirt and swag bag!!
Award categories :
5K Top male and female Top Masters (40+) male and female Age groups (plaques to winner, medals to 2nd and 3rd place): Under 14 14-19 20-29 30-39 40-49 50+
Kids 1/2 mile fun run Ribbons to all participants and special prize to the winner
Drawings for other gifts will be conducted at the awards ceremony.
